Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience and want you to love your custom apparel and promotional items. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. All complaints must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery. After this window your complaints may not be eligible for a redo or refund.

Outside of the conditions listed above, any refund or free/discounted reproduction provided as a customer courtesy is at the sole discretion of LogoSportswear.com.
Refund for Cancellations
After you place an order with LogoSportswear.com, we first review it to check for any potential issues and confirm it can be produced. We typically do not collect payment (charge your credit card) until this review is complete and the order is confirmed.
- If your order cannot be produced: We will cancel it and notify you. No refund is needed because we never initiated the charge or collected payment.
- If your order is canceled after payment is collected: If you request a cancellation before the order enters production, your order is eligible for a refund at the rate detailed in the table below.

When an order with multiple items is partially fulfilled, we subtract the cost, associated sales tax, and shipping fees for the items you received before calculating your refund amount.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
Exchanges
We can offer an exchange for most blank/undecorated products, but decorated products cannot be exchanged. Exchanges for blank/undecorated items may incur a restocking fee.

Contact Us page or call us at 877-535-5646, Mon. - Fri. 8:00am - 6:00pm EST. Please have your order number, issue details, and photos (if applicable) ready to ensure our care specialists can resolve your issue in a timely fashion.
Legal Notice
In no case is LOGO or its affiliates liable for loss of business; incidental or consequential damages; or costs in excess of billing for services related to the specific job. ALL PURCHASES OR SALES ARE SUBJECT TO THE INDEMNIFICATION, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION TERMS ABOVE.
If you dispute any charge that is made to your credit/debit card, you agree that LOGO may authorize a third party vendor to handle and seek to resolve such dispute on LOGO's behalf, which may include LOGO providing vendor with the following information: your name, physical address, email address, phone number and the first 6 and last 4 digits of your credit/debit card number. You agree that LOGO may provide such information to the third-party vendor and that the third-party vendor may further disclose that information to your credit/debit card company, the bank issuing the credit/debit card and LOGO's merchant processing company for the purpose of resolving the dispute. LOGO will endeavor to have the third-party vendor agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information.
If you dispute valid charges made by LOGO to your credit/debit card and your dispute is subsequently found to be fraudulent, you agree to reimburse LOGO's expenses, including bank and attorney fees incurred in connection with resolving the dispute.
