Production Associate - Digital/Cadcut

No Experience Necessary, Will Train

To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Run jobs on BQ, Brother and Cadcut
  • Maintain production and quality goals using standard work process an quality at the source checks
  • Ability to read Logoworks pipeline and paperless work order system
  • Ensure daily maintenance is performed on machines and equipment
  • Basic equipment troubleshooting
  • Keep track of ship dates
  • Follow daily checklist
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Transfer completed orders to setup shelf in order of ship date
  • Must be able to use small hand tools
  • Must be able to read/write English
  • Basic computer knowledge

Tools Will Include: Weeding hook, knife/scissors, Pen, Ruler and Squeegee

Available Positions: 

PT, 3 days per week 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
PT, 3 days per week 3:30 pm - midnight

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Must have reliable transportation.

Screenprint Associate

  • Must be able to successfully register and print technical jobs up to 6 colors on a manual press
  • Have knowledge of chemicals, ink, processes, etc., involved with screen printing
  • Screen prep, burning, mix ink setup and reclaiming
  • Cleanliness, organization and attention to detail are a must
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience required
  • Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time while operating a screen printing press
  • See fine detail in printed product and check for color accuracy and quality
  • Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions and procedures
  • Must have a basic understanding of units of measure
  • Must be able to multi-task in a continuous-feed work environment
  • Must have minimal computer skills to receive orders
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Hours: M-F 3:30 pm - Midnight. Some overtime may be required

We are seeking a creative and energetic Customer Service Representative to assist with all aspects of LogoSportswear product customization. The right candidate will be kind and helpful, detail oriented and computer savvy. Prior experience in the Hospitality industry is a plus. Some weekend work will be required.

This person will:

  • Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone consulting with their product designs
  • Work in our system to help complete orders
  • Help customers with any questions they have
  • Call Center Experience
  • Proven knowledge and experience in Windows environment

Sales/Customer Service

Purchasing Associate

Reports To:

Jackie Dunham, Order Processing Manager


Purchasing Associate will work within the purchasing department to achieve on-time order processing, and follow-up, management of the purchasing, backorder, past QC and receiving issues queue. Incumbent will be the main contact for resolving all major issues that require vendor resolution and will help improve order processing and open orders to ensure prompt delivery and vendor and sales rep follow-up.

  • Assists with drop shipment orders as they come in and daily ordering from each vendor by cut-off times - submitted via email, EDI, or online ordering.
  • Oversees daily entry of order and follow up on confirmation numbers for all orders.
  • Researches and maintains substitute database finding alternative vendors and product substitutions as well as providing follow up and suggestions for service representatives.
  • Assists with merchandising by notifying website team of product changes, sku modifications, etc. that come about as a result of daily ordering.
  • Maintains purchasing "notes" in the Call-In screen to be sure that they are current and correct for each vendor.
  • Responds to all issues from the vendor and staff inquiries.
  • Use the most efficient purchasing/delivery methods to meet our requirements for the customer.

Requires strong problem solving skills, good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as the ability to work independently and on a tight schedule. The incumbent must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with our suppliers and inside staff.

This position requires high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven, team oriented and exciting environment.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit for long hours and use hands to operate keyboard and mouse in front of a computer monitor during that time. The employee is expected to come to work unimpaired.
