Cadcut Manager

Reports To:

Director of Production

Description:

The Department Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the department in order to meet business objectives and has overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality, safety and other production-related activities. The Department Manager will be accountable for all aspects of the department's performance, and will ensure that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner that is consistent with strict quality requirements. This person will also coordinate the production schedule based on the customer requirements, balancing current workload. The department manager will also work closely with executive management to meet all performance goals. He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his or her supervisor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage production operations to ensure that output and quality targets are achieved and general communication of the production schedule is orderly and regular.
  • Ensure that all staff, up to 20 people are properly trained to perform the duties of their position in a safe, efficient manner
  • Control costs of material, direct/indirect labor and equipment in accordance to budget
  • Direct and supervise the production employees; coach to improve performance
  • Learn, participate and execute continuous improvement efforts
  • Assist with the development and execution of production plans
  • Conduct performance evaluations for employees providing specific and detailed feedback on their skills and the attainment of their respective goals and objectives
  • Use strategic and leadership skills to facilitate employee selection, development, retention, motivation, and strong internal relationships
  • Establish a cohesive team between all stake holders and department to meet organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Three to five years of management responsibility
  • Demonstrated success in operations management in a production facility or manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing people
  • Solid work ethic, motivated, flexible, and problem-solver
  • Strong analytical and process management skills
  • Successful completion of Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks

  • Maintain production and quality goals using standard work process an quality at the source checks

  • Ensure daily maintenance is performed on machines and equipment

Screenprint Associate

Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to successfully register and print technical jobs up to 6 colors on a manual press
  • Have knowledge of chemicals, ink, processes, etc., involved with screen printing
  • Screen prep, burning, mix ink setup and reclaiming
  • Cleanliness, organization and attention to detail are a must
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience required
  • Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time while operating a screen printing press
  • See fine detail in printed product and check for color accuracy and quality
  • Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions and procedures
  • Must have a basic understanding of units of measure
  • Must be able to multi-task in a continuous-feed work environment
  • Must have minimal computer skills to receive orders
  • Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

As an Applications Developer, the candidate will be responsible for managing existing back-end systems, web applications and databases, as well as creating new software, systems, pages, and modules. It will be the developer's responsibility to manage these projects in an organized and timely manner.

Description:

To maintain a high level of attention to detail while safely and efficiently maintaining a neat, clean and organized work space. To perform responsibilities that will ensure accurate receiving of all deliveries to protect company assets.   • Processes all inbound shipments including but not limited to sorting, logging, and delivering.
  • Audits all incoming product to ensure that goods match order.
  • Processes all receiving transactions and paperwork.
  • Inspects all incoming product for damage; follows-up with purchasing to resolve any damaged product issues.
  • Assists in maintaining material inventory levels.
  • Assists in responses to requests for tracing of missing orders.
  • Assists in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in receiving area.
