Embroidery Machine Operator

Reports To:

Embroidery Supervisor

Description:

As an Embroidery Operator, this role is responsible for operating a computerized 1-6 heads Embroidery machine to process customer requested specialty orders including uniforms, special event apparel, caps, etc.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Efficient and safe operation of multi-head embroidery machinery; consistently meets goals
  • Maintains understanding of the operating procedure in the department
  • Enter thread colors into the machine, double check garment, count and style are accurate.
  • Handles the proper placement of design, hooping and thread colors.
  • Retrieve designs from the computer and enter it into the embroidery machine.
  • Performs quality production at reasonable speeds, taking full advantage of the equipment available
  • Ensures that targets are met for quality, productivity, and lead time with minimal misprints
  • Make necessary machine adjustments with minor downtime
  • Operates, maintains, and performs routine service on any equipment used in the completion of these tasks
  • Maintains a clean, well-organized work area, and adheres to safe work practice
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for an extended period time while using hands and arms
  • Ability to work safely with moving machinery
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

Our entry level screen printing positions require NO EXPERIENCE - we will train new hires on the job. Individuals desiring to work in our screen printing department should possess the following skills and traits in order to be well-suited for the job:

  • Clear vision with ability to perceive colors properly and accurately.
  • Ability to manage both high quality work and efficiency in all projects.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination with ability to apply pressure of varying degrees.

Description:

Screenprint Associate

Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to successfully register and print technical jobs up to 6 colors on a manual press
  • Have knowledge of chemicals, ink, processes, etc., involved with screen printing
  • Screen prep, burning, mix ink setup and reclaiming
  • Cleanliness, organization and attention to detail are a must
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience required
  • Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time while operating a screen printing press
  • See fine detail in printed product and check for color accuracy and quality
  • Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions and procedures
  • Must have a basic understanding of units of measure
  • Must be able to multi-task in a continuous-feed work environment
  • Must have minimal computer skills to receive orders

We are seeking a creative and energetic Customer Service Representative to assist with all aspects of LogoSportswear product customization. The right candidate will be kind and helpful, detail oriented and computer savvy. Prior experience in the Hospitality industry is a plus. Some weekend work will be required.

Returns/Inventory Associate

Reports To:

Returns/Inventory Supervisor

Description:

This position is responsible for making sure that incoming returns are processed on a daily basis. This position is also responsible for pulling items from Inventory to fulfill orders on a daily basis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Returns

  • Create internal returns on a daily basis
  • Process customer returns (blank items) on a daily basis
  • Maintain organization of returns by scanning new returns to bins
  • Send returns back to the vendor for credit
  • Process quarterly bulk returns
  • Respond to call tag requests (emails/customer returns)
  • Manage all aspects of outsource returns that need to go back to the vendor. This consists of entering RA's from vendors and the coordination of product going back to vendors by issuing call tags

Inventory

  • Call in list - responsible for pulling items from inventory on a daily basis
  • Add items to inventory
  • Remove disabled items from inventory
  • Audit inventory bins to maintain accuracy
  • Consolidate inventory bins to free up space
  • Maintain inventory levels for items that we keep in stock

Operations

  • Redo distribution
  • Assist with Invoicing
  • Assist with Tracking
Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize based on the department's needs
  • Self-motivated, Independent problem solving skills
  • Professional, positive attitude towards co-workers in all departments and on all levels
