    Which file format should I send for logos?

    We accept the following file types: AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, SVG, CDR, JPG, TIF, GIF, and BMP.

    Can I buy a blank beanie?

    Yes, some beanies in our catalog may be purchased blank, which means they won't be embroidered. Choose "BUY BLANK" under the decoration options to shop for non-decorated beanies.

    Where can I place my design or logo on the custom beanie?

    Your logo can be placed either on the front or the back of the beanie.

    Can I see my design before you produce my beanie hats?

    Yes, you can. You can request a digital proof of your design to review. Contact our Art Help Desk at 877-535-5646 and select option 3 from the menu. If it's your first time ordering from us, we will automatically send the digital proof via email.

    How do I order custom beanies?

    Follow these steps to order your custom beanie and design them online in minutes.

    Step 1: Use the Online Designer to create a logo from scratch or choose from the available templates for inspiration. You can also add images or upload files directly from your computer or device into the tool that you want to embroider on the beanie.

    Step 2: Preview your custom beanie design. Once you've designed your logo, preview how it will look using the Online Designer to ensure it meets your expectations.

    Step 3: Fill out the form with your delivery information. You can also choose between the standard economy and expedited delivery options and view the estimated delivery date of your order.

    Is there a minimum order requirement for custom beanies?

    No. You can order a single custom beanie or as many as you want.

    Can I order multiple quantities and colors, and still receive a quantity discount?

    If the same design is applied across all beanies, we can offer the same advertised bulk discount, even when you order multiple colors. Contact us at 877-535-5646 for assistance.
