1. Select Embroidered as your decoration option. This three-dimensional, classic style brings out the details and colors of your logo.


2. Use the Online Designer to upload your logo or get ideas from the templates available.


3. Indicate your preferred delivery time as economy or fastest depending on the estimated dates estimated on the product page. Choosing the delivery schedule is done on the checkout page.

Which hat material should I get?

The right hat material depends on your needs. If you prefer a hat that is breathable and great for all-day wear, choose cotton. For hats that are wrinkle-resistant and moisture-wicking, polyester is a good option. On the other hand, wool blends are recommended for cool climates, while mesh backs are ideal for hot weather.

How many colors can I add to my embroidered hat?

We offer a wide selection of thread colors to ensure we have the right one for your logos, whether you're going for a single-color design or multicolor artwork.

Can I order multiple quantities, styles, and colors, and still receive a quantity discount?

Can I buy a blank hat and send it back for embroidery when I have my design?

Unfortunately, we can't embroider a hat that's already been delivered to our customers. If you don't have a logo yet, you can use our Online Designer to create your artwork which you can embroider to your hats. You can choose from different templates, font styles, and more without additional cost.

Are the prices for blank and embroidered hats the same?

No, blank hats cost less than embroidered ones. To see the actual prices, switch between the decoration options (Step 3 on the product page) to find the pricing table.
