Description:
Experienced Controller/bookkeeper to handle accounting functions and human resources.
Responsibilities:
Plans, directs, oversees, and coordinates financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. Guides financial decisions, protects assets, monitors, confirms, and maximizes financial conditions, and prepares financial budgets.
Plans, studies, and collects data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor. Looks to streamline and improve purchasing and gross profit margins.
Manages human resource payroll and benefits functions and measures and improves productivity by department.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-years experience. Must be proactive, a team player and have excellent computer, organization and communication skills. Experience with Quickbooks and Excel required.

Looking for a web developer who is customer-focused, technically resourceful, and passionate about creating a remarkable online experience for our customers.

Online Marketing Coordinator
Description:
To manage our online marketing programs including merchandising the web site, paid search, natural search
and email marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management, optimization, execution and analysis of the various online marketing programs. Some
other responsibilities may include assisting in business development and public relations, preparing research
and presentations, working with creative department and copyrighting on assorted projects.
Assist in the development and implementation of day-to-day marketing strategy and execution of activities that
will support our overall marketing objectives.
Requirements:
Essential skills: excellent interpersonal communications, detail-oriented, teamwork, negotiation, networking,
and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Position requires strategic and interpersonal skills, and
some understanding of e-commerce, search engines, and the Web.

Description:
To manage school, business and teamspiritwear key account sales activities. To grow sales base and retain
our customers. To leverage our significant internet traffic.
Responsibilities:
To achieve sales revenue, order volume, average order size, client satisfaction, and lead referral
goals. To build and retain our key account relationships. To provide professional and accurate quotes on
interested merchandise and keep account information up to date. To stimulate order activity through
relationship building, investigative and consultative selling and special sale offers.
To reviews market analyses to determine customer needs and new business opportunities. To build upon our
existing program sales initiatives to include school and teamspiritwear programs.
Requirements:
PromoProducts, custom apparel, and digital imaging experience a plus. In-house position. Salary and commissions.
Bachelor's degree in Business with concentration in sales and marketing from four-year college or
university; or three to five years screen printing and/or digital imaging sales experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Strong skills in work planning and scheduling.

Field calls and offer consultative advice to prospects coming in through our websites.
We offer customers the opportunity to conveniently purchase quick response blank and custom products without minimum order or set-up restrictions. In-house embroidery, screenprinting, and digital full-color printing capabilities enable us to offer the fastest turnaround in our industry.
