Do you have experience working in an enthusiastic, responsive, and energetic customer service team? To ensure that our customer service remains top-notch, we need people like you to ensure we provide the best service possible to all of our customers. Our customers are very happy and we work hard to keep them pleased and coming back.
Since you are the closest voice we have to the customer, your input to our sales and marketing offers will frequently be solicited from our management team.
Customer Service representatives will be responsible for providing support to all sales areas including: inbound telemarketing, order expediting, data entry, and customer service.
You will enjoy working in a strong, customer-focused environment. We will look for you to help influence a culture dedicated to customer retention.
Since most of our communication is via email or telephone, your writing and verbal communication skills must be good.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks. Attention to detail, prior customer service a plus. Ability to interact with
