The Delta cap is the ultimate performance headwear, featuring advanced water-repellent technology and a durable blend of 92% polyester and 8% PU spandex. Designed with a structured, stitch-free six-panel construction, this low-profile cap includes an ActiveGuard® Permacurv® visor with a sleek black undervisor (the white colorway features a matching white undervisor). Additional premium features include a three-layer sweatband, laser-cut perforated side and back panels for ventilation, patented stain-block technology, and anti-bacterial inside seam tape, all secured by a reliable snapback closure.

Decoration Options
- Maximum embroidery size for custom baseball caps: 4.2"w x 2.1"h.
- Maximum embroidery size for visors: 4.2"w x 1.1"h.
- The smallest letters can be embroidered 0.25" high.
- Prices include a front, one location embroidery (additional locations will add to price).
- Prices shown are for up to 10,000 stitches. If artwork exceeds that limit, we will contact you about additional charges.
