The perfect custom bucket hat to limit sun exposure, made of 70% cotton/30% nylon and treated with water and stain-repellent coating treated to reflect UV rays (UPF50+). Features include a Terry cloth sweatband and a mesh lining. Brim length is 4".

Embroidery is the only decoration choice to make custom caps and visors look their absolute best.
- Maximum embroidery size for custom baseball caps: 4.2"w x 2.1"h.
- Maximum embroidery size for visors: 4.2"w x 1.1"h.
- The smallest letters can be embroidered 0.25" high.
- Prices include a front, one location embroidery (additional locations will add to price).
