We do not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material and can not accept any liability for copyright infringement for agreeing to reproduce a customer's order. If you wish to have us reproduce a national brand logo or trademark we do require written proof that that you have permission to use that logo or trademark.
We will NOT decorate any of our apparel products with licensed college or professional team sports logos such as the NBA, MLB, NFL, etc. These require special licensing agreements with the colleges and sports leagues.

We are able to ship to addresses outside of the United States including military addresses (APO, etc.) through United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. However, because of the added cost of shipping internationally we must charge an additional fee for shipping international orders (military addresses do not incur this fee). Shipping fees do not reflect any customs or duty fees which are the buyer's responsibility. You will receive an email regarding this fee within 24 hours after you place your order.

LogoSportswear does offer a limited guarantee for custom products because we care about your satisfaction. If your custom product has flaws or defects in workmanship then we will immediately repair your item(s). Before returning any items, you must notify our customer service department and get a return authorization within 15-days of receipt of order. Blank items on orders under $150 may be returned up to 15 days after receipt of the item with no restocking fee. Orders over $150 or returned within 30 days of receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once an order is received and staged for personalization there are no cancellations. All cancellations must be done in writing via email or fax and there is a 15% restocking fee for the garments. In the unlikely event that a product is backordered and cannot be delivered on time we will contact you immediately via email. Due to dye lot variances, some shading differences may occur on occasion beyond our control.
