• All our products come with personalization in the form of embroidery, imprinting, or otherwise at no extra charge. Please be sure to fill in this information in the shopping basket personalization interface.
• You may continue browsing, or click on the shopping cart icon at the top of your screen or select it from the drop-down menu to complete your order. Here, you will also be able to change the quantity of an item, or remove an item from your shopping cart.

Our customers and prospects may receive occasional e-mails to announce new products, features and technical updates. Shipping Information

In-stock blank items ship within 2 business days. Personalized items will be produced within 2-weeks after artwork approval. RushProcessing programs are available. Ground shipment depends on your destination and is mostly shipped via UPS from Connecticut.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• In-stock, blank items ship in 1-2 days. Personalized orders will be processed within 2-weeks of receipt of billed and approved order.
• We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged or delayed caused by our shipping carriers.
• Certain heavier or oversized items (i.e. some bags, outerwear, signs) may be incur additional shipping charges. We will email you before we ship these oversized items.
• International Shipments. We do ship to APO/AE addresses via USPS. You will be emailed if additional funds are needed to cover International shipping charges. Fees reflect freight only, any duty or custom fees are buyer's responsibility. Free shipping promotions NOT applicable on international orders.

For custom orders, please make sure all personalization is correct and without errors. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, names, or words. We are sorry but once an order has been personalized, it can only be returned for our errors or defects in workmanship. We will immediately repair your item(s) and make it right. All we ask is that you notify our customer service dept. at 877-535-5646 before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.
