We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately. This procedure makes your account information unreadable from the time your order is submitted until the time it reaches us.

When you've finished shopping and begin the checkout process, you will move into the secure area of our site. Once you've entered, the page address (URL) will change from http to https, to let you know you are in a secure area. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire checkout process.

LogoSportswear respects intellectual property and we ask our users to do the same. Our customers are responsible to see that the content they create does not infringe the rights of others. We do not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material and can not accept any liability for copyright infringement for agreeing to reproduce a customer's order. If you wish to have us reproduce a national brand logo or trademark we do require written proof that that you have permission to use that logo or trademark.

We will NOT decorate any of our apparel products with licensed college or professional team sports logos such as the NBA, MLB, NFL, etc. These require special licensing agreements with the colleges and sports leagues.

Shipping Rates, Product Delivery, RushProcessing Services

Most Custom Products Ship Out In 5 Business Days ( See Icon)

• In-stock blank products ship out in 1-2 business days.
• In-stock custom products with FastTrack icon ship out in 5 days.*
• Other custom products ship in two weeks.
• Processing time begins the next business day after order is submitted. If order requires artwork or embroidery approval processing time begins the next business day after the design or logo is approved, in writing, via email. Any delays in the final design approval will delay your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

• We are able to ship to addresses outside of the United States including military addresses (APO, etc.) through United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. However, because of the added cost of shipping internationally we must charge an additional fee for shipping international orders (military addresses do not incur this fee). Shipping fees do not reflect any customs or duty fees which are the buyer's responsibility. You will receive an email regarding this fee within 24 hours after you place your order.


• For international orders, if you do not have a postal code, please enter "na" under postal code in the shopping cart.


• Free shipping promotions are NOT applicable on international orders.


• Shipping to AK, HI and International will add additional days to delivery time.


• We do not ship to International PO boxes or UPS 2-Day Air to Canada.

Custom Sportswear The Way You Want It

We offer a money back, satisfaction guarantee for blank items (less shipping) provided they are returned within 15-days from receipt of order. All custom products are made-to-order. LogoSportswear does offer a limited guarantee for custom products because we care about your satisfaction. If your product has defects in workmanship we will fix it for free. LogoSportswear reserves the right to alter the size and/or layout of lettering, logo, or design so that it will fit imprint size restrictions and look attractive on the item ordered. Please note that once an item gets customized we can't reuse or resell.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Before returning any items, you must notify our customer service department and get a return authorization within 15-days of receipt of order. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, names, or text so please make sure your order is correct and without errors.
