We will respond back to you with an email written quote. In order to process your order, you must confirm that all information is correct and that it is ok to bill and process. If you do not confirm your order, it will be placed on hold until we can verify the information. This is likely to delay your order.

The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately. This procedure makes your account information unreadable from the time your order is submitted until the time it reaches us.
When you've finished shopping and begin the checkout process, you will move into the secure area of our site. Once you've entered, the page address (URL) will change from http to https, to let you know you are in a secure area. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire checkout process.
LogoSportswear recognizes that you have a right to privacy. We go to great lengths to keep your personal and financial information private and safe.
LogoSportswear respects intellectual property and we ask our users to do the same. Our customers are responsible to see that the content they create does not infringe the rights of others. We do not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material and can not accept any liability for copyright infringement for agreeing to reproduce a customer's order. If you wish to have us reproduce a national brand logo or trademark we do require written proof that that you have permission to use that logo or trademark.
We will NOT decorate any of our apparel products with licensed college or professional team sports logos such as the NBA, MLB, NFL, etc. These require special licensing agreements with the colleges and sports leagues.

LogoSportswear does offer a limited guarantee for custom products because we care about your satisfaction. If your custom product has flaws or defects in workmanship then we will immediately repair your item(s). Before returning any items, you must notify our customer service department and get a return authorization within 15-days of receipt of order. Blank items on orders under $150 may be returned up to 15 days after receipt of the item with no restocking fee. Orders over $150 or returned within 30 days of receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are exchanging blank items for different sizes, colors etc., standard shipping rates will apply. Any free shipping discounts at time of purchase do not apply. All custom products are made-to-order and cannot be returned or
exchanged. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, names, or text so please make sure your order is correct and without errors. LogoSportswear reserves the right to alter the size and/or layout of lettering, logo, or design so that it will fit imprint size restrictions and look attractive on the item ordered.

Another great tip we can offer, is to always review your order before making a purchase. Misspelled names, wrong sizes or incorrect text are some of the most common pre-order mistakes, but there are definitely more. Unfortunately, if these errors occur and are not caught prior to production, we cannot offer a refund or an option to exchange as each custom product is made-to-order. So please review twice, purchase once.
Cancellation is not our favorite word, but we understand it happens. To do so, contact us via email or fax with a written notification. This must be completed before the order is received and staged for personalization. Upon cancellation there will be a 15% restocking fee for the garments.
Now, in the unlikely event that a product is backordered and cannot be delivered on time, we will contact you immediately via email. Also due to dye lot variances, some shading differences may occur on occasion beyond our control.
