Screenprint
Screen printing has advantages as it is known for crisp colors and is ideal for large print quantities. Because set-up costs are higher, there is often a minimum order quantity for screen printing. Every color that is laid down on the T-shirt requires a screen.

CadPrint
Cadprinting process uses high-performance print/cut technology to create designs that are contour-cut and applied to garments with heat-press technology. The specialized films that we use are extremely durable, and soft to the hand. This application is a great method for dark garments. For dark garments we use an opaque film that prevents the garment color from bleeding through the graphic.

Dye Sublimation Print
Dye sublimation printing is used for dry performance fabrics (100% polyester) so that a fabric's 'wicking' characteristics are maintained. Dye sublimation printing works only on light colored jerseys and can not be used for designs that require white printing.

Sewn On Embroidery Twill or Felt
We offer the classic, high-end decoration choice, sew on twill for sweatshirts, jackets and team uniforms. Sew on twill, sometimes referred to as appliqué, is a technique in which pieces of fabric (usually a poly/cotton twill) are cut out and then sewn or embroidered. Sew on twill is machine washable, won't shrink or run and gives that nostalgic, upscale look. Turnaround is one week longer than normal.

Large, full-back embroidery makes your jacket (twill) or sweatshirt (felt) stand out! You can upload your logo or design and we will convert into full back, three-dimensional embroidery. This premium process is stitch intensive and more expensive than small format ($60.00 embroidery application charge, quantity discounts do apply). Custom logo charge of $100. or free with purchase of six of the same garments.

Digital Upload Artwork Requirements

• Create your digital art design files so they can be opened in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
• Graphics should be actual size or larger, with a minimum resolution of 150dpi
• Preferably be saved as .png, .jpg, .bmp, or .gif (transparent formats, i.e. .gif or .png, are best)
• Maximum size of 3000 x 3000 pixels and a maximum file size of 3 mb are preferred
