We offer the most advanced imprinting capabilities in the industry. We can turn your one-color, two-color, or full color designs or photographic artwork into a vibrant shirt without minimum orders or set-up charges. We have created and huge library of free t-shirt design templates to make designing shirts fun and easy. Based on the quantity, color and fabrication of the products you want we will select the best printing process.

Digital Print
If your art is a full color design and your garment is 100% cotton then we use state of art digital art technologies to imprint your image on the t-shirt you choose.

CadPrint
Cadprinting process uses high-performance print/cut technology to create designs that are contour-cut and applied to garments with heat-press technology. The specialized films that we use are extremely durable, and soft to the hand. This application is a great method for dark garments. For dark garments we use an opaque film that prevents the garment color from bleeding through the graphic.

Dye Sublimation Print
Dye sublimation printing is used for dry performance fabrics (100% polyester) so that a fabric's 'wicking' characteristics are maintained. Dye sublimation printing works only on light colored shirts and can not be used for designs that require white printing.

Screenprint
Screen printing has advantages as it is known for crisp colors and is ideal for large print quantities. Because set-up costs are higher, there is often a minimum order quantity for screen printing. Every color that is laid down on the T-shirt requires a screen.

Digital Upload Artwork Requirements

• Create your digital art design files so they can be opened in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
• Graphics should be actual size or larger, with a minimum resolution of 150dpi
• Preferably be saved as .png, .jpg, .bmp, or .gif (transparent formats, i.e. .gif or .png, are best)
• Maximum size of 3000 x 3000 pixels and a maximum file size of 3 mb are preferred

Instant Embroidery Logos and Embroidery Fonts
Our huge library of instant clipart embroidery designs and embroidered designs can be used without set-up fees or minimum order restrictions. Create one-of-a-kind logos for your business, family re-unions, sports teams, etc.. Prices on our site include embroidered design on the garment. Quantity discounts do apply. Each design has a file number that you will need to enter when you personalize your embroidery order in our shopping cart. For instant embroidery logos, the first line of text will be arched over the logo you choose, and the second line will be straight under the logo.

Your digital logo needs to be "stitch-ready," for embroidery machines to sew onto garments. Custom logo charge of $50. or free with purchase of six of the same garments.

We will convert your custom logo into a rich, three-dimensional, embroidery format absolutely FREE. You need only purchase (6) embroidered garments of any one style. Small Format Embroidery
Prices on our web site includes a front, one location embroidery. Additional locations will add to price. Maximum embroidery size for shirts is approximately 4" w x 4” h. The smallest letters can be embroidered is .25" high.

We can embroider your logo in a small format size (max. size 4" X 4") under the collar of your shirt or embroider text under the collar across the shoulder blades (text will be approximately 1-inch high characters).
