My order came missing 6- 3x shirts. When I contacted Customer Service, I was told that the order had not even shipped yet according to your records. I told the rep that I, indeed had over $2,000.00 worth of shirts sitting in my office, but those 6 were missing. She took my name and phone number and said she would get back with me by the end of the day. I never heard anything until the following morning, when I was contacted and informed that she was still working on the problem and would be contacting me by the end of that day. Another 2 days went by and I finally called and asked to speak to a supervisor because I wanted the problem resolved by the end of the day since I was already charged for the shirts. At that point, a very helpful individual apologized for what had happened and told me that the 6 shirts would ship out that day. I did receive the shirts 2 days later.
I subsequently received an email indicating that I had $50.00 worth of savings coupons due to the amount of my orders. When I went to the website and entered the code that was supplied in the email, it did not deduct the $50.00 from the order. I called customer service and a fellow by the name of Jake asked me to send my shopping cart to him at I believe the address was firstname.lastname@example.org. He said that he would process it. That was over 24 hours ago, and I have not received any confirmation, follow up, and the item is still sitting in my shopping cart without the discount.
I run a company so I understand that there are always going to be employees who don't necessarily come to work and give 110%, but to have encountered 2 within a week who did not follow through is discouraging. I would, however, purchase from the company again because of the immediate attention I received when I asked for a supervisor. She was apologetic, and took care of the problem immediately.
