Most of our products offer design options on the backs, down-the-sleeve, on the shoulders, and/or down-the-leg. To see if the product you are designing has one of these options available, simply look at the “ADD DESIGN LOCATIONS” panel, in the upper left corner of the online designer. Each small thumbnail represents an available decoration location. To begin designing on one of these locations, just click on the thumbnail.

To pick a new product, click on the Step 1 “Product” button.

When Step 1 expands, click the “CHOOSE NEW PRODUCT” button to open the product selection window. Use the categories to navigate to the desired product and click the “CHOOSE THIS PRODUCT” button once you have decided.

On the bottom of Step 3 "Edit Design," you'll find a color dropdown window. Click on the color dropdown window to see your available design colors.

When you see a “Preview Unavailable” image after uploading an image, it simply means that the image was either too large or not a valid image type to be able to give a live preview in the online designer. This does not mean that the image will not work. We always encourage you to use high resolution or vector artwork when designing.

If you see a “Preview Unavailable” message, simply move the placeholder into the appropriate place on your garment. Once you place your order, our graphics production department will update your digital proof for you which will be emailed for approval within 1-2 business days.

To add team names and numbers to your printed shirts, look for the Step 4 "ADD LOCATIONS / NAMES AND NUMBERS" button on the left-hand side of the online designer...

When designing an embroidered garment, if you use one of our clipart designs or upload your own logo, you will not be able to adjust the thread colors displayed on your screen. If you would like us to stitch your design in different colors than the ones you see, simply add a special note to your order.

In order to see how your product will fit, click the Step 5 “ADD QTY / SIZES” button.

This will open the Quantity entry window. On the right hand side, you will see Sizes and Garment Measurements panels which will outline the product’s available sizes, measurements, and any special considerations related to how the garment will fit.

If you have added a design to your product that you would like to remove completely, you must click on each piece of the design, one at a time, and click the corresponding button, located in the left hand Step 3 “EDIT DESIGN” panel, until they are all removed.

Some embroidered products offer high-quality back printing decoration options. Please check carefully as you create your design to see if the decoration on your garment will be imprinted or embroidered.

You can save time by designing one product and filling out your group uniform order using our intuitive roster system. You no longer have to design separate products for your group.

• "YOUR TEXT", "ABC" and "SECOND LINE" are sample placeholders where roster names will be replaced.
• Names will be embroidered on the Right Chest only.

1. When your design is otherwise completed, and you’re ready to order, click on the “ADD QTY / SIZES” Step button.

2. Once your sizes / quantities are entered, and you’ve clicked “PROOF & BUY” to review your designs, use the link: Click here to add comments or special instructions.

3. This will open a comment box that you can enter any special instructions you have for your design.

Flat background colors are automatically removed during production unless specified to be left in. Additionally, you may add comments to your order to ensure that any backgrounds in your uploaded images are removed properly.

You may click on any piece of text in your design template to change its value. Click the text once to highlight it, and a text input box will appear in the workbench under Step 3 "Edit Design." Change the value in the box and click the "Go" button to update the text piece.

On the left-hand side of the screen near the top of the Online Designer workbench, click on Step 1 "Product." Click on the product color dropdown to see all available product colors. Selecting one of the colors will change the product color.

Click on Step 2 "Designn Options" of the Online Designer workbench (if not already open) to expand your design options. Click on the "Uploads" button located at the top of Step 2. In the pop-up window, click the Browse button to find the image you would like to upload from your hard drive. Some file formats may not be able to offer a live preview, however any valid image format is acceptable for upload. Click on the Submit button to view your image on your product.

Most Shirts can be printed on both the the front and the back. An additional price will be added for second sided prints in our pricing calculator located in the top right-hand corner of the Online Designer. Hovering your mouse over "EDIT QTY/SIZES" will show you a price breakdown.

Browse through our huge collection of products and find the item you want to have embroidered. Click the Personalize Now button to launch our Online Embroidery Designer.

The first step is to enter product sizes. Once you continue to the Online Designer you can retrieve and edit size info when you click the "Change Quantities and Sizes" link on bottom of the Control Panel.

Our products are available either blank, printed, or embroidered. When you choose the embroidered option, the price will include a single left chest or cap embroidery placement.

As you add items/placements our calculator will update your order sub-total. The more you buy, the more you save. We offer generous quantity discounts on not only the per piece garment charge, but also the cost of additional embroidery placements. The single piece additional placement charge is $10.75 per garment.

When you finish selecting your embroidery options, press the "Buy Now" button and your options will be stored in our shopping cart.

For typical shirt sizes we use a 3.5" X 3.5" embroidery area. For shirts we embroider on the left chest unless otherwise indicated. For our hats we typically offer embroidery on the front with a maximum size of 4.2" w x 2.1". For visors the maximum size is 4.2" w x 1.1". The smallest letters that can be embroidered are 0.25" high.

We now offer a new full-back embroidery/twill option for custom jacket backs that you can design right in our Online Designer! Upload your logo and we will convert into full-back, three-dimensional embroidery. This premium process is stitch intensive and more expensive than small format ($60. embroidery application charge, quantity discounts do apply).

Cadcut printing process uses high-performance print/cut technology to create designs that are contour-cut and applied to garments with heat-press technology. The specialized films that we use are extremely durable, and soft to the hand. This application is a great method to apply team names and numbers to athletic uniforms and for dark garments. For dark garments we use an opaque film that prevents the garment color from bleeding through the graphic.

Our Team Uniform Designer makes it easy to organize your order. Pricing includes two prints. A one color print on the front and back or a two color print on a single side. Our calculator will add $3.95 for each additional color or placement.

When you buy 10 or more jerseys your 20% package discount will automatically calculate. If you buy 24 or more jerseys your 25% package discount will automatically calculate.
