The Share and Sell service is designed to allow individuals to open online stores where others can purchase their designs on sportswear and other apparel while earning a 15% commission on each sale. Individuals can also choose to decline commissions on their stores and provide a centralized location online for others to buy their designs with a 15% discount on store items.

Note: 15% discount only applied to products within non-commission stores and not on products within 'commission' stores nor on products contained within the broader LogoSportswear site.

First, you need to be registered and have already created a store. Second, choose the product(s) which you would like to put into your store. All products that have a printed option are allowable within stores. Embroidered products that use our embroidery layouts and embroidery clipart are also allowable within stores. If you are using a custom embroidered logo, your logo must first be digitized before you can add it to your store. There is a one-time custom digitization fee of $50. Please email ShareandSell@logosoftwear.com for more info on digitization fees.

When you have chosen your product and finished designing, you will see a grey "SELL" button in the top right hand corner of our online designer. Click the button to put the product into your store.

Prices are automatically set by us. If someone buys your product design we will produce and fulfill the product directly to the buyer within 2 weeks (some products/decoration options require a longer production time) and credit your account 15% commissions on net sales (less shipping and returns if applicable). Commissions can be used as store credit or we will print checks only if the affiliate has earned $50.00 or more. You can request store credit if and only if you have accumulated $20.00 or more in commissions. To request store credit, please email us at ShareandSell@LogoSportswear.com and include the name or url of your store.

We offer quantity discounts so store owners can buy in bulk and sell product in physical locations. Bulk pricing is displayed below the regular pricing within your store. For Share and Sell stores, quantity discounts stop at 48 pieces, for larger orders, please call us at 877-535-5646, Mon. - Fri. 8:00am - 8:00pm EST to get a custom quote.

This is the URL that customers will use to view your store. It must only contain letters (a-z,A-Z) and numbers (0-9) and cannot have any spaces, hyphens, or underscores. This URL is not case sensitive, and has a maximum character limit of 20.

Yes, simply select "decline commissions" when you sign up for your store to pass the savings along. When you decline commissions, 15% is taken off of the price of your items allowing you to pass the savings along to your organization. Existing storeowners can email us at ShareandSell@LogoSportswear.com to change their store status from commission to non-commission and vice versa.

If you request that your status be changed to a non-commission store and have already accumulated commission:
  1. If you have earned $50.00 or more in commissions, we will send you a check for that amount.
  2. If you have earned $20.00 - $50.00 in commissions, you will receive a gift certificate for store credit.
  3. If you have earned less than $20.00 any existing commissions will be zeroed out.
Non-commission stores are NOT eligible to receive commission checks or store credit.

The "Bulk Create" button allows you to create multiple products for your store using one design. Click the "Bulk Create" button and choose the design that you would like to use, if no eligible designs exist, you will be prompted to open our online designer and create a design. After choosing your design, a selection of products that are eligible to use that design will appear with a preview of the design on the product. Below each product will be a selection of colors available for that design. Click on the color swatches below the product to see a preview of your design and put it in your queue.

Note: You can choose multiple colors for each design if you like, we do limit you to 10 selections at a time so that the process does not become slow and bogged down.

When you have finished choosing your designs, click the "Add Products" button at the bottom of the page to put your selections into your store.

In order to get a custom logo embroidered onto your products, you'll need your logo "digitized" – digitization is the process of converting your logo to a stitch ready format that can be used by our industrial embroidery machines.

Don’t want your store to be viewed by the public? No problem! You can now protect the privacy of your store with your own custom password. Only those with your password can view and purchase items from your store. To password protect your store, login to your store and click on the SETTINGS tab of your blue Share and Sell Manager. Enter a password in the section titled "Password Protect Your Store."
