If you are stuck and cannot design your product the way you would like, don’t worry! We are here to help.
For simple design instructions such as removing the background color from an uploaded image or changing the thread colors on a piece of embroidered clipart, simply add design instructions when you place your order.
- When your design is otherwise completed, and you’re ready to order, click on the Step 5 “ADD QTY / SIZES” button.

Once your sizes / quantities are entered, and you’ve clicked “PROOF & BUY” to review your designs, use the link:

- This will open a comment box that you can enter any special instructions you have for your design.
For bigger problems, such as creating a combination order, bugs/problems with the online designer or decoration locations that are unavailable (sleeves, hoods, etc.), we suggest you save your design and give us a call at
