The only thing that is beyond your control is the outrageous fees that UPS charges for brokerage fees to cross the Canadian border. Perhaps if possible on the next order we can go with the US postal service. They seem to be more reasonable in terms of cost.
Over all the service, quality, turn around time, and general satisfation is fantastic. No complaints here.
