We solicit your customer feedback whenever we can. We follow-up every order that gets shipped with an email asking customers about their experience. We then send employees every customer comment that relates to their work, good or bad, so that they can see how their efforts directly affect customer satisfaction. And last Fall we began to publish these comments on our website so you can see feedback on our products and services directly from our customers.
Now we have just added product specific reviews to our sites. We want to keep new and existing customers coming back and our new product reviews will offer unbiased reviews to help you find the right product from our ever growing product selection.
